Dr. Jorge Figueroa Dorrego is senior lecturer at the Department of English, French and German of the University of Vigo, where he teaches English Literature. His research and publications have mainly focused on early modern women writers (such as Behn, Cavendish, Wroth, Ariadne and Haywood), gender, genre, humour theory, and Restoration comedy and prose fiction (by Behn, Oldys, Head, and anonymous authors, for example)
